Biography

Justin Cecil was born in Corpus Christi, Texas. Growing up he was very active in the Boy Scouts, ultimately reaching the rank of Eagle Scout. Shortly after earning a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida, he then spent nearly two years living and working in Israel. Later on in life he spent another two years teaching English in the Inner Mongolia region of China. 

As far as his artistic career is concerned, Justin Cecil has written and illustrated multiple works. They include “Mele the Mermaid” and the ongoing fantasy series “The Princess of Infinite Tomorrows.”
